A new bar and distillery has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 35B Diamond St., the new arrival is called Three of Strong Spirits.
Three of Strong Spirits' website says it uses 100% organic evaporated cane syrup and molasses, yeast and water from Sebago Lake to make its small-batch rums. It serves a variety of craft rum-based cocktails. Tastings and tours are available.
The new addition has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Lena M. wrote, “Today we had the Berry Me Naked, which had an amazing strawberry fennel jam component and the Take Two in the Morning, which had cold-brew and was much lighter than expected. Both drinks were the perfect combination of drink elements and very refreshing on a hot summer day.”
